The breadmaking workshops are 3 hour sessions which go step by step through traditional breadmaking methods and techniques. Two different types of bread will be prepared and baked. All ingredients will be provided plus refreshments for the breaks, during which you will taste some fresh-out-of-the-oven breads. We will take time to talk and discuss techniques, ingredients and recipes and share anyones bread stories. At the end you will leave with your freshly baked loaves.
The workshops will give you confidance in working the ingredients and managing the dough, gaining valuable knowledge and insight by going step by step through the process. While every effort is made to ensure the workshops keep to the 3 hour schedule, there may be occasions when the workshops run over slightly, however, we will always be finished by 5:30.
The workshops are for groups of 4 and you can book for yourself, get a voucher for a friend, or book a workshop for a group day out on a chosen date for yourself, friends and family, work colleagues or for a special occasion. I can even bring the workshop to your kitchen if you have suitable space. Please reach out and we can discuss options.
The cost of the workshop is £85 per person.
If you would like to make an exclusive group booking for a workshop for your family, friends or business colleagues of up to 4 people the cost of the workshop is £340. We can discuss dates outwith those listed below if preferable.
